Recent Florida Gulf Coast vacation rental reviews

We booked our Spring Break trip about 3 weeks before we arrived. We were so happy this home was still available. It was so clean, full of supplies and the perfect layout. The kitchen had everything you could need to make you feel like you were at home. The breakfast bar was perfect and a nice addition for extra seating. The laundry room is always nice to have and very appreciated. The living room and dining room were spacious and comfortable. The view of the pool and the sunrise was a nice sight to wake up to. The blanket throws on the couch made me feel like I was home. Nice touch. We are a family of three so we only used the two king bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect. The bed was so comfortable and inviting after days in the heat and sun. The bath tub and shower were spotless and worked great. The other king bedroom was perfect for my son and the half bath that leads from that bedroom to the back patio was prefect for pool days!!! The other two bedrooms and full bath were clean and beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was so nice to relax in and enjoy the sunny Florida days. No bugs at all! The bin with some floats and pool toys were perfect. We bought some floats and left them for others to use as others have done. The use of the garage was amazing! It was nice to really feel at home and it was a rental house for a week. Carrie the housekeeper did an amazing job cleaning the home before we got there. Thank you! I usually wipe things down once I arrive and I didn’t have to do anything. Very pleased with her work. I would recommend this place time and time again! It was nicely located in Cape Coral. I enjoyed 8 mile runs in a nice loop from the home and enjoyed the bike lanes and sidewalks all around. We visited: The Omelet House (Always a favorite to go to. Their omelets are different and so good. And big portions.) Mission BBQ (Found this one on TripAdvisor and it did not disappoint. Fast service and delicious! Will definitely hit up this place again next time.) Miceli’s (Great Italian restaurant. Went here on pizza night and it was very busy but we were seated right away and had great service. The food was so good.) Pincher’s (We LOVE this place! My husband gets their shrimp scampi EVERY TIME. My son and I got that also one of the times we went and he is right. Best we’ve ever had. We visited the one in Cape Coral and the one in Naples.) We also drove to Sanibel and Fort Meyers Beach to check out the destruction from Ian. It was still devastating even after six months. Thank you for lending us your beautiful home for the week. We look forward to next time for sure.

Nice location.

Having the three units was great for hosting my children and grandchildren on vacation. Close enough for convenience and separate enough to enjoy.
