A Vacasa property designated as having step-free access has no steps or stairs between the parking area and the entrance to the home, and none within the home interior.
An accessible bathroom has a roll-in shower or a bathtub with a bath chair. The bathroom also has grab rails.
In a Vacasa home with wide clearance, all doorways and passages (including the shower) are at least 32 inches wide.
